Sometimes I think about Solitude without fully knowing what it means.

I’ve learned that there is more than one kind.
One I choose — and one that finds me.

The solitude I choose is care.
Silence, pause, retreat.
A space where the world lowers its volume and I can finally hear myself.
That solitude is fertile. It’s where my creativity begins. Where I grow.

And then there is a deeper solitude — the unavoidable one.
The one that comes with being human.
No one can live for me. No one can feel exactly what I feel.
That truth sometimes gives me freedom… and sometimes fear.

Art is how I bridge that distance.
It’s how I share you what I see, what I feel, how I move through the world.
It’s an invitation to witness my inner landscape.

I don’t believe growth means eliminating our solitude.
I believe it means learning to recognize it.
To know when it heals — and when it aches.

Today, I choose to transform my solitude into art.

Welcome to Solitude, my new series.
